Document Delivery Service



The library provides the faculty, students and staff of the University with document delivery service by requesting other libraries or institutions to photocopy a part of books, journal articles and theses/dissertations that are not available in our library.

Faculty, Postgraduate, Undergraduate

Regulation

Target : Book, Journal, Thesis

  • Book : Applicable under 1/2 (partial copy)
  • Journal : Applicable in articles
  • Thesis : Applicable under 1/2 (partial copy)

Cost support

  • Domestic : Faculty, Postgraduate, Undergraduate

  • Overseas : : Faculty

※ When the budget is exhausted, it will be converted to a paid service.

Handling place

Resource Room Research Help Desk(B1) Mon ~ Fri 9:00 ~ 17:00

※ Cost support is provided on a first-come, first-served basis within the library's annual budget.

How to request

  • Check Availability in KHU Library (Seoul & Global Campus)
  • Homepage Login ▷ “Resuest DDS“ Tab ▷ Fill out request form ▷ Submit

Notice

  • Materials are not provided as electronic files under copyright law.
  • After receipt of the arrival notification (SMS), You must receive the materials within one week, and will be discarded after the due date.
  • Please contact the person in charge to cancel the application. (However, application can not be canceled after the processing status is changed to [Processing].)
  • The material(s) cannot be used for other purposes other than that for the borrower’s personal research.
