원격지원 서비스는 이용자의 지원 요청에 따라 담당자가 직접 이용자의 PC에 접속하여 도서관 홈페이지 이용의 문제를 해결하거나, 학술DB 이용법을 안내해 드리는 서비스입니다.
 
먼저 담당자에게 전화하신 후 담당자의 안내에 따라 접속 프로그램을 설치하신 후 진행하시면 됩니다.
